Kietzke

Kietzke was a small camp that emerged during the short boom at New Reveille. Named for Frank Kietzke and the Kietzke mine, some ten buildings were constructed at the camp during the early 1900s. After mining declined at New Reveille, so too did Kietzke. The last resident was Walter S. Hyde of the Oasis Ranch, who was in fact the last resident of the Reveille district, leaving about 1947.
